Black Diamond
Limousines is recognized as one of the premier limousine
services in Oklahoma for myriad reasons. Namely, our vehicles
are smoke free and meticulously maintained, our chauffeurs are
professionally trained and attired, and our customer service is
unmatched.
How far
in advance should I make reservations?
Our reservation policy is simple: First come, first serve. With
this in mind, we recommend that you make reservations as soon as
you have a date selected. Special events like prom night and
concerts are a must for early booking as the demand is
particularly high at these times.
What are your hours of operation?
Our dispatch office is open Monday through Friday, 10:00am to
8:00pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00am to 8:00pm. Our
vehicles run 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. If
you have an emergency or require immediate assistance after
business hours our service will give you an emergency number to
call.
What is your cancellation policy?
Normal reservations cancelled 7 days before the scheduled
service date will be refunded the full fare less the 50% deposit
required for booking. If you reschedule the service for another
date you will only be charged a 25% rescheduling fee if the new
service is within 6 months of the original reservation. The full fare will be charged for
cancellations where the 7 days was not given for normal
reservations. Proms, holidays, special events and heavy travel
seasons will not be refunded. Please check with your reservation
specialist prior to booking to ensure you fully understand NO
REFUNDS will be given during the heavy travel seasons. No-shows
at the time and location of scheduled pick up will be charged
full fare.
What are the acceptable methods of
payment?
Cash, Visa,
Mastercard, and cashier's checks are all acceptable forms of
payment. Personal and business checks will be accepted with
prior approval only. We reserve the right to deny anyone service
who cannot provide the proper identification at the time of
payment.
What is your minimum hourly
requirement?
There is a three hour minimum in most instances like a night out
on the town or a wedding. There is a six hour minimum during
proms, holidays and special events. There are exceptions for
airport transfers and most corporate services. Please call us
with specific questions regarding hourly minimums. Let us tailor
the trip to your needs.
